Teacher involvement
The benefit of the Kan – Du program for the teaching staff
is that they are able to incorporate these human values in their
classroom and playground environment on a daily basis. Teachers
are asked to reinforce the current weekly value to students and
remind them that their Kan – Du instructor will be asking
the teachers for feedback on if the student is using these values
in their day-to-day interaction. Teachers will also learn strategies
that can be used in the classroom on an ongoing basis.
